As former clients, and agency executives, we’ve experienced the marketing ecosystem from both sides of the table. We’ve seen the good, bad, and the ugly. And we know that what you’re really looking for is a partner. One you can entrust to collaborate with openly, without self-serving agendas. Our mission is to be that agency. The un-agency of marketing agencies. No egos, no agendas and no superfluous ideals that are not married to your business goals and objectives. Our goal is to help elevate you within your organization by providing first-class marketing services & support. You won’t see our website full of client work. We are not here to take credit for your work. We are here to help bring your vision to life.

Christie Perrott

Curator + Founder

A mission-driven intrepreneur turned entrepreneur. Christie possesses 15 years of marketing leadership in the high-tech, consumer products and environmental industries. Prior to founding Gnome, Christie served as CMO for SaaS provider, SafeTec, where she was instrumental in driving aggressive YOY growth leading to an eventual merger and acquisition. Prior to SafeTec, Christie served on both the client and agency side of business, working as VP of Client Services for mobile marketing agency, PMG, where she was instrumental in helping launch several marquee wireless products. She also worked for digital agency, Smashing Ideas, leading several award-winning campaigns and strategic launch initiatives. She’s worked with brands including Disney, AT&T, Samsung, Microsoft, Rackspace, HTC, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Toyota and Energy Star. Earlier in her career, Christie worked in international sales and marketing for CPG manufacturer, Allsop, where she introduced new pricing and distribution, producing one of the most profitable lines of business.

Amy Day


A seasoned marketer with over 20 years experience. Amy spent the first 13 years of her career at Hewlett-Packard, where she grew up in the ranks of CPG, with a stint on the B2B side of the business. After moving on from HP, she headed over to the agency side working with everything from Fortune 500 technology powerhouses to non-profit organizations. Moving back in-house for Papa Murphy’s International, Amy helped catalyze growth through a game-changing national television and radio broadcast campaign while serving in a global brand management role. Prior to partnering in Gnome, she was the VP of Marketing at the Health & Safety Institute, a content training and SaaS provider helping companies with workplace & emergency safety along with environmental health and safety. Amy is a master juggler; not of balls or swords but something much scarier – teen & tween daughters, 3 to be exact. While some might find this an obstacle, Amy thrives in the chaos and infuses heart into both her personal psalm and business mission.
